Here is the list of ingredients and its method:
Ingredients:
Apples - 250 gms
Almonds - 8-10 (chopped)
Cashew Nuts - 8-10 (chopped)
Sugar - 150 gms.
Vinegar - 3 tsp
Melon Seeds - 1 tsp
Watermelon Seeds - 1 tsp
Raisins - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1" pc (cut in julliens)
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1.Wash the apples, de-seed it and cut it into small pieces. Then put the chopped apples into the sauce pan along with a glass of water. Cover the lid and cook it until apple tenders.

2. Mash the cooked apples. Strain the pulp of apple with the help of strainer.

3. Cook the pulp of apple on medium heat. Add Ginger Julliennes and Cinnamon Powder into it and mix it well.

4. Then add garam masala and sugar in it and mix it well. Cook it until it thickens. Also add chopped almonds, cashew nuts and raisins in it and mix it.

5. When sugar melts in it then add vinegar into it and cook it. Keep stirring.

6. After that add Red Chilli Powder and salt in it and mix it well. Lastly add melon seeds and watermelon seeds in it and mix it well. When it thicken it is ready then. Switch off .the flame. Cool it down. Put it in a airtight jar and You can store it in refrigerator for 15 days.
