Besan ka halwa / Gram Flour Fudge is delicious traditional Indian dessert which is made of with gram flour, clarified butter, sugar and dry fruits of your choice. It is very delicious and tempting.
Here is the details of its ingredients and method:
Ingredients:-
Gram flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Green Cardamom - 2 crushed
Almonds - 7-8 (chopped)
Cashew Nuts - 7-8 (chopped)
Walnut Kernels - 7-8 (chopped)
Raisins - 1 teaspoon
Desiccated coconut - 1 tablespoon
Melon Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Method:-
1. Take a non stick pan and put ghee in it. When it is hot and melted, add gram flour in it and roast it well on low heat. Keep stirring it so that it doesn't stick to the pan.

Method:-

2. Then add milk in it and mix it well. Also add sugar in it.
3. Keep stirring it for at least 2-3 minutes or until it absorbs the milk. Also add chopped almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins, melon seeds, desiccated coconut and crushed cardamom in it and mix it well.
4. Now the delicious besan ka halwa is ready. Garnish it with desiccated coconut and dry fruits and serve it hot.
Notes:
1. Instead of milk you can use water or half milk and half water.
2. You can also use yellow food colour for perfect yellow colour.
