Stuffed Paneer Paratha



Stuffed Paneer Paratha is crispy, healthy, delicious and nutritious paratha. You can serve it as a breakfast or pack it in your or kids tiffin box. This is the simple and easy way to make it.

Here is the list of ingredients and method of it:
Ingredients:
For dough:
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Water - as required

For stuffing:
Cottage Cheese - 150 gms (crumbled)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Pickled Green chilli- 2 (finely chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Dry Mint Powder - 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Butter/ Ghee/ Oil

Method:
1. Knead a soft dough of whole wheat flour and keep it aside to rest for 10 -15 minutes.
2. For stuffing, take a bowl and put crumbled cottage cheese, onion, pickled green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mint powder, dry mango powder and salt to taste in it and mix it well.
3. Make balls of dough and roll it like a chapati. Then put 2 tbsp of stuffing in the centre of the chapati in triangle shape then three fold it and seal it well and make a triangle. Roll it light handed with the rolling pin.
4. Heat the tawa and put the paratha on it and Apply butter on both sides and cook it until nice golden marks on it. Make all the parathas in this way. Stuffed paneer paratha is ready. Serve it hot with curd, rayta, pickle or any chutney of your choice.
