Sprouts Macaroni Salad



Sprouts Macaroni Salad is delicious and healthy salad. You can have this salad on anytime in a day.

Here is the ingredients and method of it:
Ingredients:
Mixed Sprouts - 1 cup
Boiled Macaroni - 1 cup
Carrots - 1 (medium) (cut in juliennes)
Tomatoes - 2 (medium) (chopped)
Onion - 1 (medium) (Chopped)
Hung curd - 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Kiwi - 1 (chopped)
Pomegranate - 1
Mint Leaves - 2tbsp
Pickled Green Chilli - 2 (chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds in it. When it starts crackling then add onions and saute it until it rawness ends.
2. Then add Carrots and sprouts in it. Also add salt to taste and saute it for 1 minute.
3. In a bowl mix hung curd and mayonnaise.
4. In a large mixing bowl, put saute veggies and sprouts in it and add macaroni, tomatoes, kiwi, pomegranate seeds and green chillies. Mix it well
5. Season it with salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and black pepper powder and mix it well.
6. Add mix of hund curd and mayonnaise in it and mix it well.
7. Lastly add chopped mint leaves in it and mix it well. Healthy salad is ready to serve. Garnish it with mint leaves and serve it.
