Cheesy Sprouts Toast


Cheesy sprouts toast is crispy, delicious and easy to make recipe. You can serve it as a breakfast or pack it in your kids tiffin box or serve as an evening snack.

Here is the detail of ingredients and method:
Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 4
Garlic Herb Butter - 2 tbsp
for topping:
Onion - 1 (medium) (finely chopped)
Mixed Sprouts - 1 cup
Cottage Cheese - 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 (small) (finely chopped)
Sandwich Spread (Piri piri flavour) - 3 tbsp
Olives Cheese Spread - 3 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, put all the topping ingredients: Onion, sprouts, cottage cheese, carrot, sandwich spread, olives cheese spread, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt to taste in the bowl and mix it well.
2. Apply the garlic herb butter on bread slices.
3. Spread the 2-3 tbsp of topping over the each bread slice and set the topped slices on the baking tray.
4. Bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 7-10 minutes.
5. Cut the slices diagonally from centre and sprinkle some dry mint powder over it. Serve it hot with milk, tea or coffee.
