Veggie Sandwich





Veggie Sandwich is delicious and crispy breakfast recipe. You can serve it as an evening snack or travel food too. To make it more healthy you can use brown bread or multi grain bread. It is so simple to make. You can use electric sandwich maker or gas sandwich maker. In fact you can make it on tawa. Any seasonal veggie can be added in this recipe.

Here is its ingredients and method:


Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 4
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Chopped Cottage Cheese - 1 tbsp
Boiled Corn Kernels - 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Chopped pickled green chillies - 1 tsp
Pizza Topping Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2- 3 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste


Method:
1. Trim the edges of bread slices and keep it aside.

2. Take a bowl and put onions, cottage cheese, boiled corn kernels, coriander leaves, pickled green chillies, pizza topping sauce, tomato ketchup, chaat masala and salt to taste in it and mix it well.

3. Apply the butter on all the slices. Now take one on your hand and spread the veggies mixture on it and cover it with the other slice. Make the other sandwich too in this way.

4. Heat the electric sandwich maker and put both of them in it and let it cook for 1-2 minutes or until it crisps well. Tasty and Crispy veggie sandwiches are ready. Cut it into half and serve it hot along with ketchup and a cup of tea/coffee.
