Stuffed Golgappa Chaat

 

Stuffed Golgappa Chaat is the famous street food in India. It is  delicious, crispy, mouth watering snack. This roadside like chaat is so easy to made at home. You can serve this tasty snack as evening snack or serve it in birthday parties of kids or any get together.

 
Here is the details of ingredients and method:-
 
Ingredients:
Golgappe fryums - 10-12
Mix Sprouts Salad - 1/2 cup
Boiled Potatoes - 2 (Diced)
Mint Chutney - 3-4 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 3-4 tbsp
Tamarind Chutney - 2 tbsp
Curd (thick) - 3-4 tbsp
Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
Bhujia Sev - 3-4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
 
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry golgappe in it. Then break it from one side with the help of your finger. (You can use readymade golgappe too for this recipe)
 
2. Then fill all the golgappe with the mix sprouts salad (I already shared the recipe of mix sprouts salad. For your reference I am sharing the link of it: mix-sprouts-salad)
 
3. After that put the boiled potato dices in each of golgappa. Then pour mint chutney, tomato ketchup, tamarind chutney, curd into the golgappe. Then sprinkle Bhujia sev and chaat masala over the golgappes and lastly garnish it with coriander leaves. Stuffed Golgappa chaat is ready to serve. Serve it immediately.
