Motichur Ladoo ki Kheer





Motichur Ladoo ki Kheer is so delicious, tempting and easy to cook dessert. You can eat it hot or chilled according to your mood and choice. You can also add condensed milk in it for more richness. It is so simple and easy to make yet delicious in taste. For more taste use pure ghee motichur ladoo in this recipe.



Here is the details of ingredients and full recipe of it:-


Ingredients:
Motichur Ladoo - 3-4 (crumbled)
Milk (full Cream) - 500 ml
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Desiccated Coconut - 2 tbsp
Chopped Almonds - 2 tbsp
Chopped Cashews - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Melon seeds - 1 tbsp


For Garnishing:
Almonds, Raisins and cashew nuts


Method:
1. Take a non-stick pan and put milk into it. Give it a nice boil and then turn the gas flame on slow mode and let it simmer until it reduced to half. Keep stirring it.

2. Then add sugar into it and mix it. Then add cardamom powder, chopped almonds, cashews, melon seeds, desiccated coconut and raisins into it and mix it well.

3. Lastly add crumbs of motichur ladoo and mix it well. Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the pan. Cook for 1 minutes and then switch off the flame. (After adding ladoos don't cook for longer otherwise boondi of these ladoos will totally melt in the milk and it doesn't give nice texture)

4. Motichur Ladoo ki Kheer is ready to serve. Garnish it with almonds, raisins and Cashew nuts. Serve it hot or chilled according to your choice.
