Chur Chur Naan

Chur chur naan is very much popular specially in North India. It is leavened bread made of with refined flour which has cottage cheese stuffing in it. You can have it in your lunch or dinner.

The dough of this naan is similar as plain naan. Only difference is that this is stuffed. To make it healthy you can replace the all purpose flour with whole wheat flour.
You can serve it with malai kofta, daal makhani, any kind of rayta or even with plain curd. I like it the most and usually have this along with rayta.
