Ingredients:-
Macroni Pasta - 1 Cup (boiled)
Mango - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Cucumber - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Onion - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Sprouted Moong - 1/2 Cup (boiled)
Tomatoes - 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Red Capsicum - 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Yellow Capsicum - 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoon
Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Coriander Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Method:-
1. Take a Tadka Pan and heat oil into it and then put cumin seeds and mustard seeds into it. Once it starts poping up then add chopped onions into it and let it saute for 1-2 minutes. Then add chopped both type of capsicums into it and fry it for 1 minute, then turn off the burner and keep it aside.
2. Take a big bowl for salad mixing and put all main ingredients (Macroni, mango, cucumber, sprouted moong, tomatoes) into it. Then add the tadka of cumin and mustard seeds along with onion and capsicums into it and toss it.
3. Add coriander powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt to taste and also add lemon juice into the salad and mix it well.
4. Mango MacVeg Salad is ready now. Garnish it with some coriander sprigs and serve it.
