Choco Shahi Tukda



Ingredients:-
Brown Bread - 4 slices
Plain Chocolate - 40 gms
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Cream - 1/4 cup
Almonds - 3 tablespoons (crushed)
Walnuts - 3 tablespoons (crushed)
Desiccated Coconut - 2 tablespoons
Ghee / Oil for frying


Serving: 4


Method:-

1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Then add condensed milk, cream, crushed almonds and walnut in it and mix it well and keep it aside.

2. Cut the roundels of bread slices with the help of cookie cutter (I used the brown bread as this is more healthier option, you can use the regular bread too). Then shallow fry or deep fry (as per your choice) these roundels until golden brown.

3. Take fried roundels of bread one by one and spread the chocolate mix over it evenly. Also cover the sides of the roundels with chocolate mix.

4. Drizzle the desiccated coconut over it and garnish it with some cream. Refrigerate it for some time to set the chocolate mix and then serve it.

Note: You can garnish it with dry fruits, cherries, strawberries, white chocolate, gems, etc.
