Tastie Veggie Toasts





Ingredients:-
Brown Bread -4 slices
Cheese spread - 2-3 tablespoons
Schezwan Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Onion (finely chopped) - 2 medium sized
Tomato (finely chopped) - 2
Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1
Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Butter - 1 tablespoon


For Dip:-
Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Hung Curd - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder - 2-3 pinches
Salt to taste


Method:-
1. Take a bread slice and apply butter on it. After that apply the cheese spread and Schezwan sauce on the slice. Do the same process with all the bread slices.


2. Then take a bowl and put chopped onion, tomatoes and capsicum into it. Sprinkle the dried oregano powder and chaat masala into it. Add salt to taste and mix it well. Put this mixture of veggies on the bread slices and spread it well.


3. Preheat the oven. Then keep the bread slices carefully in the oven tray and bake it in the oven at 180 degree celsius for 8-10 minutes. Take out the tray from oven and keep it aside for a minute.


4. Now for garnishing we make a dip. Take a bowl and put all the ingredients of dip into it and mix it well. Put the dip into the squeezer and serve the toasts into the plate and garnish the toasts. (you can also use the piping bag for garnishing the toasts).


5. Now the tastie veggie toasts is ready to serve. Serve it with hot tea or coffee.
