Delicious Tangy Aam Pana | Raw Mango drink | Summer Drink recipe


Beat the heat with this yummy tangy cool drink of raw mango. Spicy Aam pana is so easy to make and likes by everyone.

Here is the list of ingredients and method of it.
Ingredients:
Raw Mango -2
Dry Mint Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar -2 tsp
Grounded Black Peppercorns - 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 1 glass

Method:
1. Boil raw mangoes until tenders. Cool it down.
2. Collect the pulp from boiled raw mangoes. Add 1/4 glass of water and sugar in it. Blend it with electric hand mixer until all mix together. 
3. Then add remaining 3/4 glass of water, dry mint powder, roasted cumin, grounded Black Peppercorn and salt to taste and mix it well. Strain it with the help of strainer.
4. Keep it in refrigerator until it chills. Garnish it with roasted cumin and black pepper and serve it chilled.
