Here is the list of ingredients and its method:
Ingredients:
Spinach - 100 gms (finely chopped)
Fenugreek Leaves - 50 gms (finely chopped)
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 3 tbsp
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Garlic - 3 cloves (crushed)
Green Chillies - 3 (crushed / chopped)
Ginger - 1/2" pc (grated)
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Carom Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Mustard Oil for deep frying


Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except mustard oil and mix it well to make a tight dough.


2. Divide the dough into 10-11 portions and make round pakodas.


3. Heat the mustard oil for deep frying and fry all the pakodas until golden and crisp. Hariyali Pakoda is ready. Serve it hot along with any sauce or chutney of your choice.
