Veg Burger is the popular delicious fast food recipe. Everyone, be it a kid or an adult, likes to have the burger. In this burger the patty is made by a mixture of veggies, potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum, etc. So do try it at home and give a treat to yourself.
Here is the list of ingredients and method of it:
Ingredients:
Burger Buns - 2
Onion - 1 (cut in round slices)
Tomato - 1 (cut in round slices)
Butter - 3-4 tsp
Cheese Spread Garlic Flavour- 2-3 tsp
Sandwich mayo spread (PeriPeri Flavour) - 2-3 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
For Patty:
Boiled Potatoes - 4-5 (mashed)
Cauliflower - 1 cup (grated)
Onion - 1 (finely Chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped)
Green Chilli -1 (finely chopped)
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Crushed Peanuts - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients for patty in a mixing bowl and mix it well. Take a portion from the mixture and make a ball. Then gently press with your palms and make a patty/tikki of round shape.

2. Grease the non-stick tawa with oil and shallow fry the patties from both sides until crisp.
3. Cut the burgers from centre into two parts. Apply butter on each part and toast them.
4. Take the lower part of burger and apply cheese spread over it. Place the veg patty over it. Then place tomato and onion slices over the patty. Sprinkle chaat masala over it. Apply the sandwich mayo spread over the top part of burger and cover the burger. Seal it with toothpick. Veg Burger is ready. Serve it along with tomato sauce.
