Here is the list of ingredients and method of it.
Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml
Khoya /Mawa - 200 gms
Basmati Rice - 4 tbsp (soaked)
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp
Almonds- 7-8 (chopped)
Cashew Nuts - 7-8 (chopped)
Raisins - 7-8
Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
Dry Coconut (grated) - 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom - 3 (crushed)
Method:
1. Boil the milk in a thick bottom pan and then slow the heat and add soaked rice and cook it until rice tenders.
2. Then add grated coconut, chopped almonds, cashew nuts into it and mix it. Then add melon seeds and sugar in it and mix it well. Also add raisins. Keep stirring.
3. After that add crumbled mawa into it and mix it well. Keep stirring so that it won't stick to the pan. Cook for 2 -3 minutes
4. Lastly add crushed cardamom in it and mix it well. Garnish it with crumbled mawa and almond flakes and serve it.
