Here is the list of ingredients and method of it.
Ingredients:
For dough:-
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Maize Flour - 1 cup
Sorghum (Jowar) Flour - 1 cup
Pearl Millet (Bajra) Flour - 1 cup
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Spinach - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Spring Onion greens - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 (finely Chopped)
Green Chillies - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Carom Seeds - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin & Coriander seeds - 1 tsp each (crushed)
Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Oil for cooking
Butter for serving
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for dough and mix it well. Then add lukewarm water in adequate quantity gradually to knead a smooth dough. Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes.
2. Make balls of dough and roll it like a chapati. Then put 1 tbsp of oil and spread it well then Four fold it like a parcel and make a square. After that roll it light handed with the rolling pin to make a paratha.
3. Heat the tawa and place the paratha on it and Apply oil on both sides and cook it until nice golden marks. Make all the parathas in this way.
4. Multi grain spinach paratha is ready. Serve it hot along with a cube of butter and curd.
