Winter Special Gajar ka Halwä.

Here is the list of all ingredients and method of preparing:

Ingredients:
Carrots - 1 Kg (peeled, washed and grated or finely chopped)
Khoya (Milk Solids)- 250 gms (crumbled)
Sugar - 200 gms
Milk - 1 cup
Pure Ghee - 150 gms
Cashew Nuts  - 2 tbsp
Almonds - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Melon Seeds - 2 tbsp
Green Cardamoms - 4 (crushed)




Method:
1. Cook chopped or grated carrots along with milk until tenders.

2. Then add sugar in it and mix it well and cook it until all liquid content absorbs.

3. After that add ghee in it and mix it well. Also add melon seeds, almonds, cashew nuts and raisins in it and mix it well.

4. Then add crushed cardamom in it. When halwa leaves ghee then add crumbled khoya in it and mix it well. Keep stirring and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gajar ka halwa is ready. Garnish it with some crumbled khoya and dry fruits and serve it hot.
