Sweet Cigars

Sweet Cigars is so delicious and crispy snack dish. It is made of with bread. I used the multi grain bread for making it more healthier. It contains the goodness of dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, etc. and really a full power pack snack for packing it in your kids tiffin box. It is surely liked by everyone, specially kids.

Here is the list of ingredients and method of it:
Ingredients:
Multi Grain Bread - 6 Slices (trim the sides)
Black Plum Jam - 3 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Assorted Nuts - 1/2 cup (cut in flakes)
Refined Flour - 1 tbsp.

Method:
1. For filling, put jam in mixing bowl and also add flaked assorted nuts in it and mix it well.
2. For slurry, put adequate water in a refined flour and mix it well.
3. Roll the bread slices with the rolling pin and make thin sheets. Divide the filling in 6 parts and put one log of filling in the rolled out bread slice and roll it like a cigar and stick it with the help of slurry. Make all in the same way.
4. Heat the tawa and put the butter or oil over it and fry the cigars until golden and crisp from all sides. You can also bake it in the oven for making it more healthier.
5. Crispy and delicious sweet cigars are ready. Serve it hot. While serving you can also drizzle some chocolate sauce over the cigars.
