Stuffed Masala Bhindi (Stuffed Ladyfinger)

Stuffed Masala Bhindi is so tempting and scrumptious side dish recipe. If you get bored with the regular simple bhindi ki sabzi then you must try this. It is so simple to make and full of flavours.

Here is the list of its ingredients and method:
Ingredients:
Ladyfingers - 250 gms
Sesame Seeds - 2 tsp
Raw Peanuts - 2 tsp
Dry Mint Leaves - 1 tsp
Channa Dal - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 2
Black Peppercorn - 7-8
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Garlic - 4 cloves
Ginger - 1/2" pcs (roughly chopped)
Dry Mango Powder- 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Oil - 2 tbsp.

Method:
1. Wash and dry the ladyfingers. Cut the stem part of it. Cut from centre and make vertical slit in it.
2. Take a pan and heat it. Put peanuts, channa dal, sesame seeds, black peppercorns, coriander seeds, dry red chillies, dry mint leaves, cumin seeds, garlic and ginger in it and dry roast.
3. Grind it to make a coarse powder and then add asafoetida, dry mango powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and lemon juice in it and churn it again to mix them altogether.
4. Fill the above mixture in the slits of ladyfingers.
5. Take a non stick pan and heat oil into it. Set all the stuffed ladyfingers into the pan and sprinkle the leftover masala mixture over it. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
6. Then turn the ladyfingers carefully with the help of spoon and again cover it and cook the other side too for 5 minutes on slow flame. Stuffed Masala Bhindi is ready.
7. Garnish it and serve it hot along with chapati, pulav, poori, paratha, etc. (You can bake it in the oven too at 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes)
