Mix sprouts salad is simple, healthy, tasty and easy to cook recipe. I used the moong beans sprouts, red lobia and whole bengal gram sprouts in it. You can serve this scrumptious salad as a snack item or as a salad or as a breakfast recipe. This salad is so healthy that a full bowl consumption of this simple salad ensures the fulfilment of your daily requirement of protein, dietary fibre, minerals, vitamins, etc. Sprouts helps to improve digestion, loose weight, lower cholesterol levels, also boosts the skin health, etc. I keep it simple though you can add spices of your choice or garlic or ginger juliennes to increase its taste.
Ingredients:
Moong beans Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Red Lobia Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Whole Bengal Gram Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato - 1/2 cup
Chopped Cucumber - 1/2 cup
Chopped spring onions white - 1/4 cup
Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Chopped Boiled Potatoes -1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Chopped Green Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 lemon
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp.
Method:
1. Take a pan and heat oil into it. Then add chopped onions into it and saute it until translucent. Then add Moong beans, red lobia and whole bengal gram sprouts into it and stir fried it for 3-4 minutes.

2. Then add salt to taste and mix it well. Then switch off the flame and add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions white, boiled potatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves into it and mix it well.
3. Season it with black pepper powder and chaat masala. Lastly add lemon juice and mix it well. Mix Sprouts salad is ready now. Garnish it and serve it immediately.
