Bruschheta is very popular Italian recipe consists grilled bread with butter and garlic which is topped with tomatoes and basil. You can made variations in its toppings, viz made toppings of beans, vegetables, or any other ingredient which you want to use. I made the topping of celery, tomatoes, onion & capsicum. Here is the full recipe:

Ingredients:-
For Base:
Bread slices- 4-5 (Traditionally it is made with italian or french bread but I used the normal brown bread. You can use any bread as per your choice)
Butter (Salted) - 3-4 tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Black Pepper Powder- 2-3 pinch

For Topping:
Onion - 2 (sliced)
Tomatoes - 3 (finely chopped)
Celery - 1-2 sprigs (chopped)
Capsicum - 1/2 (chopped)
Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Oil/ Butter - 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste

For Garnish:
Stir fried Capsicum (chopped in thin strands)
Cheese slices - 4-5 (Cut in thin strings)

Method:-
1. First of all trim the sides of the bread slices. Now heat the non stick pan or tawa on medium flame. Put butter and crushed garlic cloves on it and sprinkle pepper powder and then put bread slices over it. Cook it on slow flame until it turned crisp and golden brown, then flip it and cook the other side as well. Cook all slices in this way.

2. Take a non stick pan and heat the oil/butter in it. Then add onion slices in it and cook it until translucent. Then add celery, tomatoes and capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes. Add sweet chilli sauce, salt and black pepper powder and mix it well. cook it for another 1-2 minutes and turn off the flame.

3. Now put butter garlic flavoured toasts on a plate. Put 1 tbsp of toppings on it and garnish it with cheese strings and stir fried capsicum strands and serve it hot.
