Besan Ke Ladoo



Besan ke laddo is one of the popular traditional Indian sweets and so delicious. It is made of with gram flour, ghee and powdered sugar. It is flavoured with cardamom powder.


You can make this recipe with regular gram flour too but for making perfect market style besan ke ladoo, use thick gram flour.

Kindly note that while making these ladoos, your gas flame should be low. Don't cook it on high flame otherwise gram flour will burn and your ladoos will not tastes good.

Here is its ingredients and full recipe:-
Ingredients:-
Gram Flour (thick) - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar (Bura Khaand) - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 teaspoon
Almonds Flakes - 1 tablespoons

Method:-
1. Take a non-stick pan. Pour ghee in it  and let it heat on slow to medium flame.

2. Then add gram flour in it and roast it on low flame until it leaves ghee.

3. Then add cardamom powder into it and mix it well. Then switch off the flame and let it cool.

4. When mixture of roasted gram flour cools down then add powdered sugar in it and mix it well.

5. Make medium sized ladoos with your hands. Garnish it with almond flakes. You can easily store it in airtight container for 10-15 days.
