Ingredients:-
Strawberry Ice-cream - 4 scoops
Milk Cake - 5-6 pieces (crumbled)
Plain Chocolate - 40 gms
Cream - 2 tablespoon
Milk Cake - 5-6 pieces (crumbled)

For Garnishing:
Strawberry Syrup

Servings: 3-4
Method:
1. Melt the chocolate in double boiler. Add cream in it and mix it well.
2. Take the silicon muffin mould and filled 1/3 of it with chocolate cream mix.
3. Then add 1 spoon full of crumbled milk-cake in moulds and make a thin layer of it.
4. Lastly filled the rest of the mould with strawberry Ice-cream and keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours to set.
5. De-mould it carefully, keep it into the plate and drizzle some strawberry syrup over it and serve it chilled.
