Mango Sundae




Ingredients:-
Vanilla Ice Cream - 1 bowl
Mangoes - 1 big (finely diced)
Fruit Cake (orange flavoured) - 1 pkt (in small pieces)
Orange Juice - 7-8 tablespoons
Strawberry crush - 3-4 tablespoons
Rasgullas - 6-8 (cut in halfs)
Grated Chocolate - 1/2 bowl
Plain cookies - 7-8 (finely crushed)
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Almonds - 6-8
Raisins - 6-8
Chocolate stick (for garnishing)

Method:-
1. Mix the crushed cookies and butter in a bowl. Take a glass and put some strawberry crush. Now spread the mixture of crushed cookies and butter into the glass and press it gently. Pour 1-2 tsp of orange juice over it and keep it, to set, in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

2. Just before serving, put one scoop of ice cream, then some strawberry crush. Add the pieces of mangoes, pieces of fruit cake and pour 1-2 tsp of orange juice on it. Add some grated chocolate. Add another layer of mangoes following the rasgullas. Put some grated chocolate, raisins and chopped almonds over it.

3. Lastly put the scoop of ice cream and sprinkle some grated chocolate and almonds over it and garnish it with chocolate stick or wafers and now delicious mango sundae is ready to serve. You will be surely ready to skip dinner for having this.
